Is there a way to move or dock the flight controls of FS to another monitor or screen space? I think that I've seen this done somewhere but I can't find any references as to actually doing it.
What I'd really like to do is to use my main monitor as the window and use software controls on smaller monitors. For the moment, I'm using one computer with a dual head configuration.
Thanks for any advice or links.

Are you referring to the panel that displays the flight controls? Hou should be able to window it and drag it across to the new monitor. I think you need to do a right-click and then chose for 'undock-window' then it gets it's own frame and you can drag it around
hope that helps.

In FSX I was just able to drag them to my second screen on my computer, but in FS9 I figured out that you have to press alt+enter to get out of fullscreen mode, then right click and "undock window" then put the instruments or views you want on the screen where you want them to be and press alt+enter again to go back to full screen mode... then you can align those on that screen if you want... that's how I do it.
I hope you can use it
