You say FSInterrogate? If is it, in the SDK of FSUIPC you find this program.

i had downloaded just the 4.x.21 .exe file update originaly i think.
i downloaded the 4.x.15 package that included the installer (and the missing .ini files yay) and the program works nicely now.. oh yeah there actualy is a program called fsvariables.exe thats included in the .cab file
