My name is Milton Maxson and I reside in Florida. I recently completed building a cnc router that I plan to use to buld a GA sim. I am most of the way through the TQ (all parts cut, need to assemble). I have decided that a large sim may to be too much for the budget to handle. (laid off). I am 59 years old and hoping to get at least one more job to get me to retirement. Anyway, I am looking to build a twin engine jet, maybe a cessna cj or something similar or even a 2 engine prop...anyone who may have pictures or any files that will be of help, it would be appreciated......thanks in advance....I have converted most of the panels used in the 737NG to cut2d toolpaths and mach3 is the program that runs my cnc....if anyone needs what I have so far, they are welcome, just let me know and I will see about getting the files emailed.

Hi Matt, Leesburg. In central Florida. If that is your avatar, then you are sitting behind a very nice sim.

You're just down the road a piece Milt :)

The pic was taken at United Airline training center in a A320 Level D Sim. There are pics of my sim around here somewhere. Unfortunately, now disassembled in Illinois waiting to be transfered to a new home :(

Welcome to the forums!

I am starting on a CNC router as well and can't wait to cut sim parts with it. Keep us posted on your progress and don't hesitate to ask questions.

If you are just getting ready to make the move to Florida, would it be the Villages that you are coming to? If not where?
