Red Bull Air Race 2009
England beats world former championship Hannes Arch to the title!
I would like to post the world rankings of the world title of the 2009 red bull air race. I am a massive fan of the red bull air race and really wanted England to come top and we did, ith flying colours. The UK's PAUL BONHOMME won the 2009 world title after beating former champion Hannes Arch who come second.
Australia managed to come third with America finishing just forth. Paul Bonnehomme truly did deserve to win the title after just merely finishing 2nd last year to the Austrian Hannes Arch. Paul is now the 2009 winner and I sure hope he keeps the title for many years to come.
I am fortunate to know Paul who I have indeed followed as a devoted fan. Paul is a professional pilot who is a Boeing 747 Captain for British Airways and also a pilot that flies the WW2 Spitfire for Airshows including many other historic aircraft. He is indeed is a truly great pilot that make Britain proud, a pilot that serves the nations flag carrier airline, a pilot that is fortunate enough to fly historic aircraft and win the world title in his aerobatic aircraft.
Here is the world rankings....
1 Paul Bonhomme GBR
2 Hannes Arch AUT
3 Matt Hall AUS
4 Kirby Chambliss USA
5 Nicolas Ivanoff FRA
6 Nigel Lamb GBR
7 Mike Mangold USA
8 Peter Besenyei HUN
9 Matthias Dolderer GER
10 Michael Goulian USA
11 Sergey Rakhmanin RUS
12 Alejandro Maclean ESP
13 Yoshi Muroya JPN
14 Glen Dell RSA
15 Pete McLeod CAN
PAUL BONHOMME A true deserving winner!
Well done England!!!!!
