I'm looking for someone to make the panels for my AV-8B cockpit.I've seen a few websites with people making F16 and F15 panels.

I have drawings from the original manuals and can supply dimensions

Any recommendations ?

Cheers, Dean

Thanks for that guys. I've been in touch with Phil, but I think it's too big a project for him at the moment, especially as he is unlikely to sell more than one set.

This is what I have planned to use when I'll have my panels engraved(building a super hornet pit)
I haven't tried the company yet, but on their site it says that you can provide your own panels.
I have tried to mess around with their software, while it isn't Corel Draw i think it's useable for sure.
I have only done a very rough calculation (when I provide the panels myself) and the price seems very reasonable.

I've used front panel designer from schaeffer before, to make my Queenair avionics panels. The product is superb and they are quick too. As far as I know though, they can't make acrylic illuminated panels, although I could get clear engraved acrylic and paint it I suppose. I might contact them to see if they can help.

Tried Hispapanels, No reply after several weeks. I'm still looking for someone to do these for me. I have the pilot's manual with drawings of these panels and I can give some dimensions.

Hi, these guys will do it, but they will cost you a fair bit because of their setup fee's, drawing fee's etc...

Depends how much you really want it I suppose:

Not cheap, but top notch, they have done a few bits for me in the past.

They are up the road from me too which is handy!

Here's some screen shots of the manual I have. Are these sufficient to work from if I provide some basic dimensions ?

That looks fine. I suppouse you have .pdf manual which will be even better.
If comes to quality, thats no problem. My panels are 3 layers of quality acrylic with high resolution laser engraving.
