Simfest 2009 - World Flight 2009 (http://www.worldflightgroup.com/)

On November 2nd at 00:00, seven full scale cockpit simulators will depart Sydney Australia[YSSY] heading in a westerly direction on the start of a seven day journey raising money for several worthwhile charities. The seven full sized cockpit simulators are members of the WORLDFLIGHT GROUP [WFG] www.worldflightgroup.com and will visit 45 cities and traverse some 33,700nm arriving back in Sydney seven days later on November 8th at 0820Z. Once again the WFG acknowledges the support and encouragement of the Flight Simulator and the VATSIM community as a whole for joining in each year to make the event so successful. The WFG encourages pilots to join them along the route and can guarantee ATC services for the duration of the event. In the past, we have had in excess of 60 aircraft on different sectors so be sure to check the schedule at www.worldflightgroup.com and plan to join the fun on some of the sectors.
