Hey,

This week i want to order a BU0836 card from leo bodnar. I want to connect rotary's to it but when it is all connected is it possible to assign the functions with fsuipc. functions like heading increase en decrease.

I did try to assign some functions to some buttons on my saitek stuff. Works great but i couldn't find a the course increase and decrease. Isn't that function supported by fsuipc?

By the way, maybe some of you know that I was working on a 747-400 sim. But after doing some flight I found that long-haul flights are nothing for me So i started on a 727-200 project. Pics wil follow soon so buckle up :D

Thanks in advance

Stijn

Hi there, yes you can.
if you have FSUICP just look in the pulldown list of buttons and look at ALL the assignments, some are not labeled as you think they might be. for instance the "course" that you are looking for might be called "VOR 1 OBS".
some times I have to just pick one and see what happens, "nope not that one" and try another. the autpoilot or MCP settings can be confusing to get right. there can be 2 or 3 diffrent assignments that sound like the same thing but will react in different ways. i have many times looked through the list just to find a setting that i swear was not there a minute ago.

keep trying, FSUICP is your best friend.

Thanks Andy,

this really helped me out. I orded an extra videocard to connect my last monitor and a few weeks ago purchased a beamer. Now i need to buy the BU0836. As you can hear my 727 sim is really comming together

Hey,

I don't wire erverything up, My friend Rob is doing that stuff for me. When we put it together we will make a scheme for you and send it as soon as possible.
We too have to find out how we are gonna do it.

Maybe i make a small tutorial because i found there aren't any for builders with little experience.
