'm marco lachance from niger.
I like flysimming, and i'm trying to learn simconnect to see if i can write a program so that i can use 3 monitors at the same time displaying front left and right view while flying

Is it possible?

you can do this with Matrox Triplehead2go display adapter.

Lot's of discussion in the forums regarding three or more displays, either using one computer or unlimited amount. Just do a search and you'll be amazed what information is available to you :) :) :)
