Which B737-800 aircraft are you guys using for building your B737 cockpits? I want to build a 737-800 cockpit but the only worthwhile 737 package for FSX is the Wilco 737 PIC, but that is not a 737NG package.

I've heard about Ariane's 737NG but I've also heard that it's FMC is very buggy and the flight model is not really the best.

So, which FSX B737NG model are you guys using to build your home cockpits around? Thanks for any help.

I am using the PMDG 700 in FSX, cause with my pit, I don't use their instruments, I am running Project Magenta. so basically I only use the PMDG for the flight model.

So the PMDG 700 which is for FS2004, can be used on FSX? If so, I will give it a try. Thanks for the response, Trevor!

I am using it.... But, I can't say if the instruments will work or not... I have seen people talking about how to port their PMDG aircraft over to FSX, but Like I said, I just copied the MDL and sound directory's and didn't bother with the panel directory. and it works like a champ for me.

Ok, thanks Trevor. I will give it a shot and post here if the instruments do work properly. If they don't, then I will have to give PM a shot as well. ;)

Just curious, Trevor. Would using a Posky 737-800 with PM instruments be a good move as well? I don't know if the Posky flight model is up to par with PMDG's though.

Couldn't tell ya buddy, I have never tried it.

From what I have read, the PMDG Flight Model is about as good as it gets.

Yea, I hear that too. I guess I will give PMDG a shot then. Thanks again for your time, my friend. :)
