I am out of my league here but I see a lot of posts from GA builders about gauges.
The best of course remain PM. I know the $$ barrier fact for some. Try the demo and you will see it is worth every cent. Can be resized, moved, networked etc etc...

But what I wanted to point out is that there is an alternative, as silkysmooth, incredibly detailed and sophisticated, available for peanuts, and very few people seem to know about it. At $25 a set it is a steal and no, repeat no, freeware gauge comes even close. I tried them a few years ago and I was amazed. And the choice, from basic Cessna instrument to glass displays and GPS, is fantastic.
As far as I know they are not "networkable" so they are perfect for a One computer/multimonitor Sim, as they are very frame rate friendly

I'm still thinking about that Sandel 3808. I'd need to build a bezel with very skinny rectangular pushbuttons.

Phil Lambert can do that for you, he does amazing panels...
This instrument is a "kick" to use.

Phil's working on a special order for me already, and in the long run for Mike.

Ive known about reality xp for a long time now....and to be honest totally forgot about them......so cheers for the nudge!

As for the xp reality gauges, do you simply just 'replace' the gauges that you have in your aircraft panel with the 'xp' gauges?

Cheers Jack!

I used to work with the panel.cfg
Was fairly easy, just renaming and playing with the coordinates but Isuppose they have now a much easier system..contact them or find the doc.
