Motors for AT?

I cant seem to figure this part out

do I use servos or stepper motors for autothrottles?
I will be using open cockpits interface.

i would prefer dc motors with a clutch

For those (like me) struggling with the question what kind of motor to use for the A/T:

DC motor, Servo, Stepper, Modified Servo, Analog or Digital Servo, Wife or Children ..:-)
