V nav to v speed problem. is there clear solution yet

Hi

Is there a solution yet to the 4000fpm pitch up problem when going
from vnav to vspeed yet?
One suggestion involved a minor change to the pfd ini file
that didn't work

I have searched and can't yet find a clear cut solution.
