FSBUS Com PCB part list? need help cant find

On the Part list it shows

Capacitors

C2 =220u
C3 =100n
C4,5,6,7 =1u


Resistors

R1,8,9 =220
R2,3,5,6,13 =1k
R4 =47
R7 =220k
R10 =22k
R11 =100
R12 =4k7

But it doesn't say what kind or how many Volts or any thing so does anybody know for sure on which ones to order? Also look like i'm going to be running into the same problem when i try and order the parts for the DO64 PCB or the IO PCB

Hi

The resistors are all 1/4 watt types.

The capacitators:
C4,5,6,7 = 1u and C2 =220u
are 63 volt types.

These values you can use for the other pcb's too.

The R12 =4k7 is that a 4.7 Mohm?

C2 =220uF 63 volt types but cant seem to find any does anybody know where i can order some? Or would a 50 Volt work i found tons of thoughs?

50 volt is ok.

4K7 ohm means 4700 ohm. The K stand for kilo wich means 1000.
4,7 x 1000 = 4700 ohm.

100n stands for a capacitator of 100 nF, no voltage needed.

Well that makes more since. And for the Capacitors

C2 =220u 50V
C4,5,6,7 =1u 50V
Are both ok

and the C3 =100n is that a Radial or what cant seem to find it as well

Yep both.
Use a radial type for the capacitators.
Where are you looking for the parts?
They are very common.

also i cant seem to find a 4Mhz Resonator or a ZF 3.9 Diode.... what does the ZF or the 3.9 mean?

They are the same.
Take a look at the internet on how the tables are.
From farad to mfarad --> uF --> nf --> pf etc.

You have to work very precise, shorts are made easily and malfunction your pcb.

sure thing but i was going to try and make my boards from the prototyping boards with single holes like the Experimenters Board Large - Phenolic http://www.futurlec.com/ProtoBoards.shtml seems like that would work. and also seems like a PCB would cost alot and im not sure on how to do that

I'm not sure about that.
I think the pcb's are to complex for using breadboards.
Mistakes are made easily.
I'm using the original pcb's for that.

sounds like it would cost alot to have a PCB made for me and on top of that i dont even know how i would be able to send the specs to a company for them to make one any ways... do you know? other wise im going to use a prototype board and solder every thing. and pray that i traced all the lines right...

Regarding Futurlec, their prices can't be beaten. I live in Australia and use them regularly. Generally they have most parts in stock, but occasionally you have to wait for a back-order.
Regarding the PCBs, you can get them from Rob Van Dijk at:

Most of the website is in dutch, but you'll get to know everything because the board names are in English. One thin to remember is that Rob's boards are Not drilled, which gets frustrating when you have to drill a IO, DO64, Display boards. He does however also have 7 segment LEDs, programmed chips and rotary encoders. Very pleasant man to deal with. Double sided boards are about 14Euro (18USD), but remember you need very fine drill bits and an accurate bench drill.

Most boards are about 100mm x 160mm single or double sided. It does instant quoting. I put in 100x160 single sided-$26USD for the first and 11.20 for each other. For dble sided, $41USD, and $16 thereafter. They are drilled and I just got 6 stepper boards, which are very fine lined, but the quality was first rate. 12 Day turnaround. You need to give them the gerber and drill files.

Sorry, I forgot to mention, the last time I ordered $MHz resonators, they were the 2 pin type which you can't use. You need the 3pin.
