Can anyone let me know if it is possible to motorise a TQ with phigets kits, just using FS9 and PMDG, or MUST I have PM installed too?

Pm is the software interface that is needed for the Overhead, MIP, MCP. CDU. When you interface a throttle with Phidgets it does the interface with your sim. Now the one thing I cannot comment on is autothrottle, how its handled between the PM MCP module and your throttle.
