Hi
My desktop sim has just had a another credit card snack in the form of a couple of goflight modules, the LGT and the T8 remote board. Living down here in NZ any sim parts involve watching the track & trace for too long!
I am currently working through a few of the (entry level) vendors, having previously bought an opencockpits multiradio and USB inputs board. Once the t8 is wired in I will have a total of 24 toggles, 8 push switches and 8 LED outs (11 if I include the LGT). Thankfully I have discovered gfdisplay - for a moment I feared that my t8`s lights could only reflect the state of the toggle switches - apparently Pete Dowson (god bless `im) has found a way to make them reflect the offset of our choosing.
I am going to try a phidgets output board next so my Kingair will be like an Airbus under the bonnet - "product of more than one committee"!
I will post some pics once my crappy woodwork skills have been dressed up enough. My jigsawing skills are under development!
