Made this from a couple of chrome u-channels, 3/4" aluminum u-channel, PVC pipe, and assorted screws.
I'm pretty sure the PVC cover is sort of rectangular, but I think I've seen them round too. The aluminum channel rides in the PVC pipe with the lower edges of each piece flush with one another.
Cover is removeable. I needed to build this first before making the eyebrow window trim.
