Hi:
My name is ron, I have been away from simming for the past 1 1/2 years and have lost all my links to the simm world. I have a B 777 simm and am working on getting back. The question is: For PM systems do you have an up to date set of files for the B777 ? The ones I have are very old and do not refelect the latest builds. If you couild point me in the right direction for these or if you could E-Mail them I could get going again. Thanks for your time, Ron.

Hello

For up-to-date links and files please contact us direct because it is much easier for known customers.

Thomas:
What I am looking for are user sysvar.txt files that I can use not the PM pgm updates, I have the latest builds of the pgm but not the Logics and sysvar files. Ron.

Hi Ron and welcome back,

Just a quick thought, but if you've been out of the cockpit for a while (so to speak), you may not know of a 777 avionics software suite that has now become available. Check out http://www.sim-avionics.com/

This is specific to the 777 which I'm considering as my next project, largely because of the software suite. Pricing is pretty competitive. Most people who use PM are ingrained in the detail that making the shift is probably not that attractive. Yet if you've been dormant in this area for a while, the learning curve might be an incentive to try an alternative to PM.

Not knocking PM of course, just letting another sim builder (and other 777 builder :D) know what's available.

Good luck and keep us posted on progress.

Thanks

Paul
