hi everyone,
things are really going apace now, during the last few weeks, ive wired the flaps speedbrakes rudders and brakes to a phidgets 8/8/8/,with good effect, the throttles and reversers are next and my father in law is making the levers to convert the quad throttle drum to smaller movement a 60mm slider can handle, will post some pics as we think it may help other builders, the eicas display is now up and running and im looking for a cheap 15 inch lcd to mount on my 6mm ally eicas panel, also im buying the first officer licence in two weeks so can then hook up all the monitors to run the full magenta suite, and she should then start really looking the biz,
my plans for the rest of the year are to hook up the first of many phidget 16/16 cards and get the starters, lights ect on the overhead going, purchase my last two fds sig panels for fitment, then start wiring in the real panels i have fitted to the old bird, sort out my mirror projector system and then start inviting people to come and fly,
theres lots of painting to do,lots of cleaning to do,and ive to sort out my instructor station,as its a bit of a mess at present,
one question has anyone heard of a real 737 flight deck being used for a sim in the united kingdom?as mine is the only one ive ever been able to track down,
well guys, its time to take off,
best wishes

Hehe, we'll have to stand in line to fly your beautiful bird Steve :D
Very inspiring to read your enthusiastic progress reports.

Have a look in the memberlist, maybe there are some UK memebers with their own website which might show the construction they have. As far as I know you are the only lucky man in the UK.

Steve,

If you don't mind a ride in the chunnel, I am located not far from Ostend EBOS, and I have one of those things in my garden
