Hi guys

Although we've known for a few months now, I wanted to wait to make this announcement.

My wife and I are expecting a baby in early December! It's our first and we are excited and praying for a healthy child- one that loves airplanes! Nah, just healthy that. That is all Im concerned about. I just wanted to tell everyone here since there's so many folks here that are good friends and acquaintances, and it dawned on me that I hadnt told anyone when I was voting on the Informal meeting in Orlando.

Oh yeah, We wont know if it will be a little boy pilot or a little girl pilot for several more weeks :-)

Congrats Eric!

Great stuff. The best to you and your new family... Better get the sim done before the baby arrives... otherwise you may be in for it..

Absolutely fantastic news Eric! Congratulations to you both and please pass on my best wishes to the good wife. It seems like only yesterday we brought home our first, what an amazing moment! She's about to turn 20!!!! And yes I bet you'll get a lot of those stories, but it happens so enjoy every moment. And of course get them in the sim as early as possible, you know you could do with all the help you can get :) Just imagine what the sim will be like when your's is 20???? (of course you'll still be building it!)

Best regards,

Ken.

Eric,

Raise them up in His way and when they get old they will not depart from it.

Hey man, thats great news! My granddaughter loves to fly with me. Not because she loves flying (which she doesnt) but because she loves me. Just keep it fun and dont get freaked out when the diaper is used for a pants pocket.

Man! Any day now. Well, that's awesome. All the best, and to all you other folks- it's all very encouraging. I think it shows the wives here how much all us guys can focus on our sims, yet when the kids come along we can shift our attention too!

thanks again

Congratulations to you both, Eric!

I hope you find the same source of inspiration to play that I did.
Making a ride in scale Land Rover for my son started me down the dark way of woodworking - look where that got me!

Keep us posted :D
