I have been converting my unfinished attic into a suitable simulation chamber, over the past few months. A few hours ago, the floor was finally completed! Now, with the paint and AC done, the room is officially complete! I set up some of the simulator in the room, just to get a feel for the size. I was quite excited, and can now move forward with construction again!!

The original room, before conversion. You can see (in the second picture) how the rear wall was built to accomodate all the pipes and tubes on the back wall.

I uploaded a few more pics to my site.

Lately, I've been programming full time, mostly developing ASP.NET and Dot Net Nuke applications. That's kept me really busy! Other than that, I'm trying to work my way back into aviation and simulation. With the room done, I'll be picking up the last few sim pieces from mom's house :-) Some areas, like the glareshield will be completely re-done.

I see a lot of great products have come out in the last year or two... Sim Knobs, Beta Innovations, etc. I've got some homework to do!
