Steve

You have the panels really looking great. You have the annunciators looking so real.

Still on hold on my 777 but maybe in a few months things will change. :D

Ok.. I gotta ask is this a kit or made from scratch, it looks quite impressive.. Howd ya do the writing and annunciators?

The panels are early FDS panels. The Korry annunciators are all made from scratch, but they're pretty simple. Basically, they're 3/4" blocks of wood, drilled out to form two wells for the upper and lower annunciator areas, then an LED is placed in each half.

The legends are made in Photoshop and printed on a color laser onto overhead transparency material, then glued to the wood block.

I have a fully illustrated PDF guide on how I did it, plus lots more pix at my website: http://home.san.rr.com/mbecker3.

Very impressive sim you have there. Did you make your throttle quad too?

Thanks for adding that. Really great to see how you accomplished this.

Your results are much better then I expected they would be.

Best regards,

Trev

The throttle quad is FDS parts. The spoilers and flap levers and gate are hand crafted by me. Underneath the levers is a CH Throttle Quadrant. For pix on how I did the whole setup, see this link on the FDS forum: http://www.flightdecksolutions.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2013&highlight=.
