Just a quick technical question regarding PM software.

In an effort to save space , I may decide to purchase a few Mini Desktops ( like Shuttle PC's ) and use them to power the PM PFD/ND, EICAS, CDU ect..ect..

Can anyone tell me if the following attached ACER Mini Desktop PC specifications can run the following:

1st PC Runs CAPT's PFD/ND and MCP in minimised view running the CP Flight MCP Hardware
2nd PC Runs Upper EICAS, & PM Systems
3rd PC Runs CDU and LWR EICAS

All 3 PC's are the same specs of the ACER Mini Desktop

Shouldn't be any probs. I'm not 100% abot the Nvidia 6150 though when it comes to Open GL. I recently had a mobo with that chip integrated and was able run Google Earth slaved to FS without any lagging at all. I can't remember if it was Open GL or Direct3D.

Hi Chris,

Your pit looks very similar to mine (Engravity 85% scale) !

I have my 3 PC Network set up very similar to how you're proposing. My 1st PC is a Core 2 Duo E6600 that runs FS but both the others are low powered, old P4s that run PM pretty well.

Any stutters I get are network related, the frame rates of PM on the P4s are really impressive and OpenGL 'score' is about 380.
