View Full Version : Overhead frame in place

I have got my forward overhead-frame in place. I used hinges from a window. Perfect. Very easy to do maintainance now. The overhead frame folds down to a complete vertical angle:)

That's ingenious Ivar.

It reminds me of the folding mechanism fror those pull-down attic steps you can but at the Lowes stre, minus the tension springs.

Well, that would probably wake me up:lol: It would definitely hit me where I am thickest. Just between my ears:lol:

I just need to attach a couple of "smart" screws or something at the back to keep it secure in place, and still make it easy to fold down. Something Twist and lock system maybe.
