Those are the FS times. Programs like the very useful "FSRealTime" write to them to set the time, or time difference, and keep fS synchronised. Be aware, though, that each time you make a time change of more than a minute or so (depending on FS version), FS will reload textures, traffic and so on, which can result in a delay and a further slight time difference.

There are Local Time offsets too -- the local time offset must match that. Normally you just set the Zulu time and allow FS to change the local time according to its Time Zone data. Again, if you install FSRealTime it also installs a corrected set of Time Zone BGLs for FS.

Regards

Pete

Thank Pete for your information. I try to input 0246 in pm sysvars and change the 0246 into size 4 and change the value to 65056 and my pminstructor could be cange to gmt+8. I change the size because i try to input the value -480 into pmsystem,Pmsystem could not read the - and the value show is -8GMT
