Glass Flight Desk Software
I'm working on building my first cockpit on a very limited budget. I am using the ogs software for PFD and NAV and I downloaded and liked the look of Glass Flight Deck for the EICAS and a few other gauges.
I have one computer running FS2004 and a second networked PC running the glass panels. No matter what I do, I cannot get any software on the 2nd PC to connect to FS using the WideFS/FSUIPC system. Glass Flight Deck always says "Not Connected". I have also tried 737Eicas and FreeFD and they won't connect either. OGS is running perfectly using the iocpserver but will not connected over WideFS/FSUIPC either.
Anyone have any success running these? I have a registered version of FSUIPC (v188.8.131.52) and a registered version of WideFS. WideClient will connect to FS and FS shows its connected, but the software programs won't connect.

I too am using all freeware. At home I use GFD for PFD ND EICAS and standby, at work I use FreeFD, GFD and Open Cockpits together for my panels, no problem. It sounds like there is a common denominator if no programs will work. Have you placed the .dll in the modules folder of FS2004? Are both your computers on the same network (workgroup).
