There is an important note on the new builds text.

    ......................................................................................................
    - the version of the navdata is now being displayed in the FMC
    - ideally, please do not mix up old navdata with the newer builds
    - Navigraph navdata of newer cycles should include the converter version 10
(this can be checked on the IDENT page PM-XXX-10)

    Hi Guys,

I tested the 391a CDU with the CDUNAV_0704 navdata tonight on a quick flight from EHAM to EDDS. Unforunately the CDU messed up the route again when inserting the BADSO STAR for EDDS.
I also noted that the aircraft immediately starts to follow the white dotted line that occurs when I select the arrival RWY at EDDS even though the route modifications have not been executed yet.

Of course I reported this back to Enrico tonight. I will try to make a more extensive testflight tomorrow and make a comprehensive report of the flight.
What are your experiences wit this new release?

    Hello,

Two flights accomplished this morning with the same problem as Touwers has mentioned and also a new problem concerning the N1 speed reported on an another post !

But I'm sure Enrico will resolve everythink in a short time

    Hello,

Just tested the version CDU391d, it was a big desaster. Indeed when you select a star or a runway for the arrival the CDU stops immediately. Don't install this version.

    Best Regards.

    Hello,

Just finished a FSX flight with the last cdu version (cdu391ee.zip). Climbing fase without any problem. Cruze fase ; impossible to reach my cruze speed (mach 0.80 with a boeing 737-700) probably due to the restriction of max N1 (0.92). Descent fase : no problem till you are in full automatic (VNAV and LNAV engaged) but if you want to control your altitude and your speed the a/t don't respect your speed anymore and you must to disconnect the a/t till your landing.
Otherwise many thanks to Enrico for his efforts and have a nice Sunday to everybody.

    Best Regards

    Marco
