    Yokes, columns and pedals arrive

T'was a big day yesterday. The freight guy knocked on the door and instinct told me it was the delivery from Airline Pilots Historical Society (and not Pizza Hut lol). And there they were ... all neatly wrapped in a plastic case ... 2 columns, 2 yokes and 4 pedals. All the real deal out of a genuine 737.

More details and pics here: http://www.insitesolutions.com.au/73...tion_diary.htm (I'll upload more pics here later on as well).

Now the excitement is giving way to deep thought ... I gotta get these to work now ... yikes! I'm no mechanical engineer. So, WestOzy ... you coming down to Tassie at all?

I know of a company called Scroggins Aviation. They are currently dismantaling a Beechjet 400 at an airport near me. You could contact them they might be able to help you find what you need.

Well done Nic. Kinda makes me wish I had built a Boeing instead of the Bus !! Some rotary and slider pots will make it go without too many problems. Plastic gears are the simplest way to connect up the pots for your flight controls.

Thanks guys. Nick from APHI is great to deal with and their prices (including freight) are better than anyone else around. I gladly recommend them as an excellent supplier. Good thing too - they actually answer emails from folks outside of the USA. All of the other parts dealers I tried would not respond.
