    Re: Procedures SID/STAR's

    Hi,

what do you mean by "select a transition after a star"? Can you give me an
example of the problem you are experiencing? YOu do not seem to have any
    transitions defined.

All names you use are unique... compare it to our default stardata file for

    EDDN to understand.

    Re: Procedures SID/STAR's

    Hi Enrico,

I will try it this weekend!
Maybe I understand now something new:

    with the

    >1
    >2
    >3

I can follow after a STAR (1>) via the transition (2>) .. or (3>)to the final
    approach fix?
If this is possible that would be the answer!

    Example:

    ROTEM2T ALL
    1> ROTEN LETKU
    LETKU28 LETKU
    2> LETKU DN442 @08000 DN443 DN444 DN445 .....
    LETKU10 LETKU
    3> LETKU DN451 DN452 DN453 DN445 @08000 DN444 DN443 ....

The STAR ROTEM2T ends at LETKU for all RWY´s, then you can follow a
transition by turning into LETKU28 for RWY 28 or LETKU10 for RWY 10!

Sorry for the trouble and for my english, but I have not found any infos
about the transition programming in your documentation.

    Best regards
    Jan

P.S. If we fix this- I will send you an updated file for all major German
    Airports.

    Hello Jan,

thank you for your help... the > numbers are just markers as far as I
remember, the transitions are simply defined by having the same name as an
approach, but a waypoint rather than a runway as a target.

    Ciao

    Enrico

    Re: Procedures SID/STAR's

that, btw... was from our notams page... www.projectmagenta.com/notams.html

We are compiling a checklist for all these things as part of our new
documentation which should be available soon.

    Ciao
