    Problems since new version update

Hi there, I hope someone can help. Since updating to the latest GC, CDU, and
FMC updates, everything seems to be going a lot slower. For example when I
command a new HDG from the FMC, Flight Sim responds, but the captains PFD
now lags behind and will only start to move after a few seconds. Also
despite placing the up to date NAV Data files, it still shows the old dates in
    the CDU display.

    Regards,

    Karl

    Hi Karl,

what framerate are you getting on your Glass Cockpit? (press
F)... If it is low and you do not want the delay, then turn
"value smoothing" off in the Menu (under OTHER SETTINGS).

If your framerate is good, then please revisit the
WideClient.log file and run the pmFileCheck program for more
    information.

    Ciao

I just tried it with the navdata updates, and it shows the
correct dates there. You know you can select the active one
with the LSK keys, i.e. LSK3R, goes to the scratchpad and
then press LSK2L to make it active.

Re: Problems since new version update

Hi Enrico, I think I might have solved the Problem. I have just downloaded
the latest ver of WideFS & FSUIPC and that seems to have done the trick.
Regarding the Nav updates I am still not showing the correct dates, but I will
    try using the LSK keys.

There seems to be another problem, with the CDU software; when I program a
route, say from EGLL to EGPF, when I put in a departure it shows in the light
grey as normal, but when I hit the Exe key insted of the route turning to
Magenta, and keeping that route course, it just goes back to a straght
Magenta line. Is there something that I am missing?

    Regards, Karl

Check the date of the file in the data subfolder...

I quite frankly do not understand? Did you enter a cruise
    altitude yet?

    Ciao
