    P3Dv4 Navdata/BINs

P3Dv4 has different ways to activate a scenery: Via the scenery.cfg in ProgramData/Lockheed Martin/Prepar3D v4 and add-ons.cfg in ProgramData/Lockheed Martin/Prepar3D v4 and Users/<User>/AppData/Roaming/Lockheed Martin/Prepar3D v4. FSScenery.cfg in A320FMGS/Navdata only points to the scenery.cfg. Are the scenery data of the airports activated via the add-ons.cfg only recognized when building the Navdatabase/BINs for A320 FMGS?
Lorby Addon Organizer for Prepar3D gives the possibility to export the scenery library for external tools (under Backup/Restore), which integrates the sceneries activated only in the add-ons.cfgs into the scenery.cfg as active (only to build the database). Does one need to do that before building the BINs for A320 FMGS?
    Regards Rainer

    Re: P3Dv4 Navdata/BINs

    Hi

The soft takes into account all sceneries declared active/enabled in scenery.cfg and in addons.cfg.
Some (if not most) Addon sceneries though do not have properly placed runways, as they use polygons with a texture on top of a default invisible P3D runway (for AI ACFT). This means they are slighty misplaced for a 100% alignment...
