    ILS lost at Cairns YBCS

For some reason When I do a flight plan on the MCDU at Cairns, on departure the 15 runway, the ILS is there, but on entering landing on runway 15 there is no ILS.

Does anyone know where and how to find the error, which I guess is in Navdata page somewhere.

I also have Orbx Cairns installed which maybe the culprit.

    Regards..............Brian W.

Re: ILS lost at Cairns YBCS

    Hi Brian

    I looked up Cairns.
I checkd in Navigraph charts, and they do have ILS approach on that runway
In my soft I could see only the localizer approaches (LOC15W/X/Y/Z) in the list.
I checked inside the navdata file from navigraph, and they do not seem to have any ILS approaches inside for Cairns. So I think the error comes from there. Nothing I can control
I think if you enter a LOC approach then use the APPR button, it may go into LOC/GS mode anyway since it probably has the GS component in the navdata.

    Regards
    Jean Luc

Thanks Jean Luc for that info. Have not upgraded the Navigaph for awhile so hopefully next time I do, it maybe fixed, although I do find quite a lot of anomalies with the my charts at times.

Never mind........ I can always do a visual !
