Brakes are full set even with parking brake off ! No taxi possible

Hi all,
unfortuneately I had to do a full reinstall incl. Win10 and everything.
Now after installing everything I am facing a problem which I never had before. It seems that the brakes are fully on. My A320 isnt moving even with full thrust. I tried everything and have no idea whats wrong. The only thing which was strange was the setup of the pedal brakes within fmgs. By pushing the pedal forward the value raises until 65000 something but jumps immediately after reaching the top of the scale to the middle. Also very strange is that I have to set the neutral zone to 5000 to get a similar value which was before 5% ??? Has something changed here in B48 ??? Does anyone have an idea what I can do ? If your pedals jumpp at the far end, I would avoid using this portion (use a position before the jump occurs).
You still need to use only % values for brakes IIRC.

Anyway it's almost sure your problem comes from the calibration of your brakes pedals
