    Question WH-E19 Acars printer defect?

    Hello guys,

I have since a couple of years an ACARS printer WH-E19 USB.
Today I wanted to print a takeoff calculation from the CDU an the printer was only providing a blank white Paper. When running a self service test only very hard to read fonts are printed.
Does someone has a clue how to check something for defects? The power supply provides the correct voltage.

Here is a picutre of couple of testpages:

Thanks a lot for any hint...

    Markus

    Re: WH-E19 Acars printer defect?

    Its fixed now.

    Very stupid mistake by myself...

I removed the paper now and inserted a fresh one. And indeed it was flipped 180°. The reason: When I built in the printer last month into the panel I accidently flipped it by 180°.
As I had the printer running since 6 years now, I was getting used to it to put the paper "the wrong way" in.
