Jeehell B47.1 AUTO FLT AP OFF

    Hi,
I have a Problem with AP. Sometimes the AP switches off in final approach and I can't reactivate it. The message in the upper ECAM ist AUTO FLT AP OFF shown in red. I have to land the AC manual. After landing the message is still there and I don't know how to delete it for the next flight. I have to restart the FMGS software. Is there a way to delete this message? And why is the AP turnig off itself (happens when there are turbulences)?

    I use FMGS 47.1 with Prepar3D V3.4.

Thanks in advance for your help and answer,
    Regards

    Matthias

    Hi,

First, dont worry about long times to have an answer. This forum has a lot of good people but they mostly do not want to answer. I dont know why.

Comming to your problem: You can clear the message with one of the CLR Button on the ECAM Control panel.

I have the disconnection of the autopilot sometimes in cruise. This is when you are too fast or too slow (red label on PFD).

I hope I could help you
    Regards,

    Niklas

I believe the AP takeover switch (AP1/AP2 TO) should also extinguish the message

I tried the AP takeover, but this button did not remove the message.
The CLR button on Ecam worked as Niklas described above.
