    RMP-Offset o. variabels

    Hello JL,
i want build my own rmp.
Is it possible to get the variables from YOUR rmps?
The FSUIPC-Offsets have one "one"-Standby not CPT-Side or FO-Side or. Standby.
    Please help me!
    regards
    peter

I guess we need a bit more details. Which hardware config? Do you use SIOC?

    Re: RMP-Offset o. variabels

    Hallo Niklas!
At first thanks for your answer!
I have selfbuild panels from hispano-panels. The hardware is working with arduiono (mobiflight) but is possible to work with custom-offsets. What i need is to understand how jh rmp works, with variables or offsets.
Because if i want to work with the "atc/com" button. I know there is a other program working "cpdlc". So if i work with the rmp-panel and make a input like changing com1-stby to com1-activ is it possible to tranfer it to JH and the "atc/comm" area.
    thanks for your help!
    regards
    peter

    Re: RMP-Offset o. variabels

    Hi Peter,

In real RMPs, the Standby frequencies are never transmitted. They are independent on each unit. Only the Active frequencies are sent and shared between the units. If you want to achieve realism, manage the Standby freqs and the transferral of ACTIVE/STBY on the RMP's side, and send only the Active frequency periodically. At the same time, listen to the PC for Active frequencies to sync to.
On the PC side, if an RMP outputs an Active frequency that is different from the current value of the Active offset, update the offset AND also send the new Active to every other RMP so that they may sync up to each other.

I hope I explained it in an understandable way. I can't think well at 1:02AM so I apologize in advance, haha. I have an Arduino Uno which I work with very often, so if you need any help with that side of programming, let me know in PM! I'd be happy to try to help you whenever my time allows

    Regards,
    David

    Re: RMP-Offset o. variabels

I am also Using also Hispa + Mobiflight.
I took the offsets directly from FSUIPC.
It's not differentiated for CPR and FO side, though.

For the buttons assignment of Com 1 Frequency take:
    Com Stby Radio swap
    Com Radio Whole increment/Decrement
    Com Radio Fract increment/decrement

The Offsets in Jeehell overview didn't work ( at least for me)
