    Trim Wheel

Does anyone out there know of anyplace selling or anyone who builds (for sale) a decent trim wheel? I have the Saitek and it is worthless imho. I had another one someone had built and used to sell but was the same. Not sure what you do but I really use the trim, especially in a Mooney on landing. Any suggestions appreciated. I have seen one from TRC online but it looks awful small. thx

    Re: Trim Wheel

I bought one from Desktop Aviator, the Model 2700http://www.desktopaviator.com/Products/Model_2700/index.htm

It uses a Cessna type Trim Wheel, which is a Plus for me; 6 standard size toggle switches and a secondary potentiometer that can be configures for Rudder trim.

Looks really nice and besides, it can be mounted inside a GoFlight rack
