    Micro PCs

    Hi fellow simmers

Has anyone tried to run single JeeHell displays off a Micro PC like the ASUS VivoStick or something similar?

    Greetings
    Daniel

    Re: Micro PCs

    Hi Daniel,

I've made several tests not with a MicroPC but with an Intel NUC with i3 CPU to run PFD, ND and CDU on this single PC with no success. The reason for the fail was the L3 cache... the installed L3 cache of 3MB were to low for smooth OpenGL graphics, especially when you want to run TERR-ON-ND data displayed on ND.

    Regards
    Bon

If anyone has an AMD Ryzen 1700x or 1800x I would be interested to see how Jeehell FMGS and P3D runs on the extra cores. I am not too sure if FMGS would facilitate multi-processor?

I'm running both MCDUs from a Lenovo Q190 and this works fine. Haven't used it for other displays.
