    Hi Welcome To The Forum,

If you read the forum thoroughly you will soon get an idea of what inspires you, and how you can start to build a cockpit of your own. If you want to go the airliner route, may I suggest the smartcockpit website to learn the systems first, and integrate this learning with flying your aircraft of choice on flight sim software. Only then you can work out what you want from your sim, how you are going to make it work/interface it, how to apply your knowledge and resources.... and what you can afford too! This hobby ain't cheap! But good luck and get reading!
