    Returning to XP from Win7?

I am not happy with trying to run FS2004 on Windows 7. I have been told that FS2004 runs best on XP. Does anybody know how difficult it is remove 7 and install XP? I have been told that to do this could be complicated and adjustments made to accomodate XP. I cant see how given that they are both just operating systems?

    Any comments much appreciated.

Have you tried running the FS2004 in XP mode on the Windows 7 machine? If not, right mouse click the FS2004 icon, select properties, look for the compatibility tab, on it place a check mark in the "Run this program in compatibility mode for", then select the Windows XP (Service Pack 3) or even an older version of XP. Click Apply, Click OK and run the sim program. See what you think...
