incorperating sketches/code on one arduino board

Is it possible to have more than one sketch/code working on one arduino board??? I am using the 2560 Mega board and at this time it is running my AP control Panel. I am using a modified version of Fess code (MilViz_MCP_Mega_wire). I have many open pins and I would like to build a Radio panel using a LCD screen with a rotary switch to select the Com-1, Com-2, Nav-1, and Nav-2 positions.

It is unfortunately only a sketch, but can run multiple loops and perform different functions. Is a radio too. Since the frequency must be displayed while the encoders and buttons can be queried. More can be found here:
