    Problem with sidestick on landing

    Hi to all:

After a few hors trying to resolve the problem, i had decided post here my problem.

On landing when I disconnect A/pilot, aircraft go to up and down very unstable...I can't fly the aircraft because we have a lot oscilations when i move my sidestick....off course something is wrong with my setup.

For information to help resolve problem:
1 - I had disconect all axes on FSX and FSUIPC
2 - All axes are calibrate on FSServer Config
3 - All pages on MCDU are fill up include INIT B

If someone could help i appreciate!

    Best regards
    Manuel

Re: Problem with sidestick on landing

    Hi

Do you use the add-on aircraft provided with my software?
Do you have any issue with manual flight in other phases of flight?
Did you say any sensitivity on the pitch or roll axis?

Re: Problem with sidestick on landing

    Hi JL,

    Thanks for your reply

Yes i use the Aircraft provided by software

When Take off the aircraft have a normal behavior ( this is the part that i fly in manual and when landing)

I don't understand very well the last question, but if the question is in flight no i don't have any sensitivity, but a lot of sensitivity when i put A/Pilot in OFF and try landing Aircraft in manual, better i can't landing because oscilattions are too big like +3500ft or -3000ft continuosly and if i move ailerons the problem is equal....movments very violent to left and right.

    Thanks
    Manuel

Re: Problem with sidestick on landing

The last question should be "Did you USE any sensitivity on the pitch or roll axis?"
On the AP/FBW application o nthe server computer (minimized on statup usually), there are sliders to adjust the pitch and roll axis elevators. These should in almost all cases be left to 0.

Regarding your case, it seems the problem is elsewhere. Can you make sure you have at least 25fps constantly on your FSX/P3D? if you have FPS below that, there can be issues with the AP.

Re: Problem with sidestick on landing

    Hi JL

Ah ok...yes in my case both values are in 0

I have constantly 25fps, but i can try put AP on other computer on client like Overhead and test. I mean move most
of complements app's that are on FSX computer and put it on client.

    I report later.

    Thanks
    Manuel

The AP/FBW must run on the server computer.

    Hi,

Yes AP/FBW on the server computer, but problem remain.

Question:Could computers on clients interfer with this problem? That's because i don't have strong computers on clients!

Re: Problem with sidestick on landing

    Hi,

I think i was resolved problem, i have oscilations on lading (diffult to control aircraft yet) but nothing to do with original problem.

    That i had change:
1 - I had disconnect all buttons assign in FSX, i had just remain hat swicht
2 - I had disconnect WideFS on clients (maybe it was the big problem)...I know A320 FMGS have the own way to connect via FSX, but wideFS are turn on to other app's.

Maybe the second point was the problem because 2 connections are established to FSX, i don't know!!!!!
Do you confirm if this could be a problem??

For now i do more tests but is just to report to all comunity case someone have the same problem.

    Best Regards
    Manuel

Re: Problem with sidestick on landing

I cannot confirm anything, I have no clue what your real problems are.
On appraoch, the FBW is not easy to control, you have to be very gentle and not over pilot the aircraft. It could be nay kind of issue...
