Hello All!

I have a bit of a mystery that I'm hoping someone will be able to help with. This past March, I was flying somewhere in Minnesota or North Dakota, and I saw what looked like a Northwest DC-9 parked on the edge of a farm or very small town. I managed to find it briefly on Google maps, but was interrupted and lost the location. Since then, I haven't been able to find this aircraft again, or learn anything about it.

My thoughts so far are:
I know it was Northwest's Bowling Shoe Livery
It appeared to be one of the shorter variants, probably DC-9-31
If I remember correctly, when I saw it I was flying from Warroad, MN, to Grand Forks, ND.

I appreciate any help, and I can't wait to find out the story behind this plane and it's unusual location!

Thanks in advance,
Steve
