New cockpitbuilder (the cheapest and the laziest)
Hi everybody,
I'm trying to make my own 737 NG cockpit and till now I spend about 15 euros and 4 hours time.
Offcourse I allready had an VR Insight MCP Combo I (100 euros second hand) and a old Acer Laptop and last but not least a MSI GT70 OD. But I think the result up till now is pretty nice.

Re: New cockpitbuilder (the cheapest and the laziest)
Use untill now (15 euros and about 4 hours of work)
MDF 6mm for MIP
MDF 2mm for gauges and MIP plates
MDF 4mm x 20 mm for MFD's
Screws and woodglue
costs : 10 euros
An old alarmclock
A second hand VR Insight MCP Combo I (100 euros)
Paint 7011 RAL (cost 5 euros)
System:
MSI GT70 OD for visuals and PMDG PF/ND
Acer 5610 with FSXpand for Standby instruments and EICAS
Samsung Tablet 4 with Virtual CDU
CH yoke and old pedals
To do:
Fill in yawdamper and flapindicator-gauge (dummy)
Make a bevel for the clock
Make or buy a low table (about) 60 centimeters high
Find cheap knobs and switches (dummy) for MIP
