Help requested for B727 engine gauge sketches

I am just learning the Link2FS/Arduino interfacing and am finding many challenges in understanding the codes and such. The learning curve is huge!

Right now, I'm anxious to get my gutted engine gauges operating (EPR/N1/Fuel Flow/N2/EGT) with stepper motors.

Can someone please point me in the right direction as far in interfacing all three (3) sets of engine instruments coded? What type of coding do I use?

I'm using FS9 and have both an Arduino Uno and an Arduino Mega 2560.

In Link2FS, I'm only seeing a maximum of two (2) engine variables.

    Have I missed something?

    Thank you all in advance.

Have a dig around Jay for code to run gauges (look in the "Notable threads" listing)

With the extractions you should be able to get anything you need by using the FSUIPC section in the "Experts" version of the Multi.

Re: Help requested for B727 engine gauge sketches

    Thank you, Jim.
I had previously looked at the 'experts' section. My concern is that the requirement shows FSX. I'm using FS9.
I don't want to take the risk of screwing up either my installed Link2FS or FS9.
Does it matter with FSX vs. FS9?
    Thanks again!

Re: Help requested for B727 engine gauge sketches

It's your lucky day Jay ,,, there is an "Expert" version of the FS9 Multi ,,, have a look here ,,,
    http://www.jimspage.co.nz/link2fsFS9experts.htm

Your INO files don't need changed (the one's in the Arduino) but the newer 'Multi' needs to be put into a new folder. (Don't put into the same folder as the old one ,, the format of the 'Card' files is different)

    Good luck Jay ,,, Jim

    Thanks muchly, Jim.
    I truly appreciate your guidance.

No INO files yet as I'm still going blind reading about C++ and getting an overall feel for things.

Again, thank you for the push in the right direction.
