    Announciators: Strange behavior

    Hello everyone, hello Nico

I've got two problems with the announciators, i don't understand what happened...

=>When i push "Reserve-Brakes" button, "VALVE" illuminates a few seconds; but "TAIL SKID" illuminates at the same time...

=>When Approach is engaged, G/S and LOC captured; the red "AUTOPILOT" announciator illuminate (everytime, and until autopilot is disengaged)

maybe i made a mistake into the sioc code... I join my code in the .txt file.

    Thanks in advance

    Cyrille

    Hi Cyrille,
Did you upgrade to version 10.6.0? If not please do that first.

    Hi
Did you change your sioc script lately? I mean did it work correctly before?

I see. Check your wiring, and the in- and output numbers that you are using in your sioc script.

Tip: start with a small script and then expand.

    Nico,

I've checked my wiring many times with SIOC Monitor, there is no problems here. Every LED and switches are correctly wired.

I started to run each panel one by one; but i couldn't found where are the origin of these failures.... I wanted to wait to finish before posting here. I think there are no others malfunctions.

I join the Gear and Reserve Brakes Scipts.

Sorry, my english is not very very good; i hope you understand me correctly.

    Thanks. Cyrille

    Re: Announciators: Strange behavior

    Bonjour Cyrille,

Your SIOC scripts look good, I stil would think there might be a wiring or hardware problem. Unfortunately I cannot test it because I no longer have FSX and Level-D running (migrated a few weeks ago to PSX Boeing 747-400, Prepar3D and PSXseecon ...)

I did not implement the reserve brakes switch. Maybe others that have done that can step in and tell whether they have the same problem as you have. Because (only) then I would suspect a bug in lekseecon. I'm still able to fix bugs, I did not throw away the lekseecon source

    Regards,
    Nico

    Re: Announciators: Strange behavior

I tried to use others outputs for the LEDs , but the problem is still present...

I also tried to run Lekseecon with only the two SIOC scripts i sent here (gear + ReserveBrakes)... same issue

I'm pretty sure my hardware is correctly wired

If someone could try these scripts...

    Have a nice day. Cyrille
