    SIOC Socket Error #10013 Access Denied

    Have been using SIOC with FSX for many years with no problems but now all of the sudden every time I launch SIOC for PMDG737ngx I get this error message "Socket Error 10013 Access Denied"...I'm desperate for some help...Thank you in advance
