Coming along nicely, are you going to build a glareshield at all?

Re: My Cessna 172 X-Plane MIP

I do plan to build a glareshield eventually, probably in a few months. It won't go over the top of the "box" but instead will project out of the front face of the panel in roughly the right dimensions and curvature as the real Cessna 172. That's the plan, anyway. I also plan to build the center/floor pedestal with the trim wheel, fuel shutoff, and fuel selector valve. At some point next year I plan to replace the GoFlight equipment with my own homemade electronics roughly replicating the Bendix/King radios. I did a proof-of-concept on this already.
