    Drive the leds

    Hi Nico,

    I try to drive the leds but it seems not working.
    I tested with the Hydraulics, some of Fuel leds.
    Could you tell me what's wrong with the following code?

    Best Regards,

    Thierry

    Var 3188 Static name HydEng1
    {
    &O_HydEng1On = TESTBIT &HydEng1 16
    &O_HydEng1Pr = TESTBIT &HydEng1 19
    }
    Var 3189 Static name HydEng2
    {
    &O_HydEng2On = TESTBIT &HydEng2 16
    &O_HydEng2Pr = TESTBIT &HydEng2 19
    }

    Var 3190 Static name HydEng3
    {
    &O_HydEng3On = TESTBIT &HydEng3 16
    &O_HydEng3Pr = TESTBIT &HydEng3 19
    }
    Var 3191 Static name HydEng4
    {
    &O_HydEng4On = TESTBIT &HydEng4 16
    &O_HydEng4Pr = TESTBIT &HydEng4 19
    }

    Var 9007 name O_HydEng1On Link IOCARD_OUT Device 1 Output 58
    Var 9008 name O_HydEng2On Link IOCARD_OUT Device 1 Output 59
    Var 9009 name O_HydEng3On Link IOCARD_OUT Device 1 Output 57
    Var 9010 name O_HydEng4On Link IOCARD_OUT Device 1 Output 56
    Var 9011 name O_HydEng1Pr Link IOCARD_OUT Device 1 Output 55
    Var 9012 name O_HydEng2Pr Link IOCARD_OUT Device 1 Output 54
    Var 9013 name O_HydEng3Pr Link IOCARD_OUT Device 1 Output 52
    Var 9014 name O_HydEng4Pr Link IOCARD_OUT Device 1 Output 53

    Re: Drive the leds

    Hi Thierry,

    Thank you for your feedback!

    Two things:

    First: You made me aware of a bug in psxseecon. If you implemented only the Information part of a Switch (and not the switch itself) it did not work. I've fixed this in version 1.0.6 (available for download).

    Second:
    The Upper part of a HydEng Switch is not an indicator, so you have to use bit 20.
    Note that bits 14 to 19 are indicator bits, and bits 20 and 21 are for non-indicator parts of a Switch
    (Manual section 3.1 , bottom of page 11 and so on.)

    Code:
    Var 3188 Static name HydEng1
    {
      &O_HydEng1On = TESTBIT &HydEng1 20
      &O_HydEng1Pr = TESTBIT &HydEng1 19
    }
    Please try again.

    Regards,
    Nico

    Re: Drive the leds

    Hi NIco,

    Thank you very much for your answer.
    I tested with the switch and it does not work (the command with the switch is ok, not the led)
    I will test with bit 20.

    Best Regards,

    Thierry
