    Boeing Style MCP/Autopilot panel

    UPDATE 2016-3-19:
Here is the full code package.
Includes Code for the Mega, the Proxy and the LUA script.
This will only work Completely for the MilViz 737-200.
Some of it will work (mostly encoders) for stock aircraft as well.

    *****************************************

For those that remember my Radio Box post... I had stated that it was my intention to make an MCP.

I'm still in the construction phase and am having a difficult time finding a suitable Verticle Speed thumb wheel. (Suggestions are welcome)
I'm going to run the MCP with an arduino Mega.

The 7segment displays will be driven by the same type MAX7219 modules that I used in my Radio Box. I did buy replacement 7segment displays in Kelly Green for realism.

These photos show the progress. The display windows need trimming and the MAX7219 modules aren't wired in yet.
Other switches that need installing, Auto Throttle, Speed Mach push button, Flight Director toggles etc.

Life gets in the way of ambition.
Here is how far I got.

    20140504_152819.jpg

I can't seem to find the time to push through and finish.
When I do have the time, I'm usually too tired from work and life, and I just want to vegetate.
I've been trying to reorganize my work space so I can continue work.
Going to try and make some progress this weekend, if I don't get called in for overtime.

    Hello Fess

I'm bad at programming and can not do programming a MCP

    I also use MAX7219 but with mega2560

Can you give me the code to try to fit in my project?

Sorry my bad English (by Google)

    Thank U
