    Cylindrical Screen with Single Curvature or Double Curvature

    Hello,
    If you are building an jetliner cockpit and deciding what type of screen to use, is it better to have a cylindrical screen with single curvature or a cylindrical screen with double curvature (ie a section of a sphere). Does it make any difference, since if you are looking out of a jetliners windows, you may not see the top or the bottom of the screen where it is near the ceiling or meets the floor.

    Hi Adi,

    There is no need to build your screen based on a sphere because the correction software usually only corrects for the circular method. Although, you could use it too do so, but it doesn't need to be done anyway because, as you said, you cannot see up or below the cockpit windows anyhow...
